Conditions of reservation

Emplacement :

The basic price paid is for the emplacement for the tent, caravan or campercaravan for 1 or 2 people, access to the toilet blocks and the facilities of the campsites..
The electricity (6 amp European plugs) is not included in the basic price..
In July or August, the reservation of an emplacement must be for a minimum of 7 nights.

Booking fees :

Trestraou camping does not ask for booking fees.

Rented accommodation :

All rented accommodation is fully equipped in kitchenware, blankets.
Sheets are not included.
Prices based on 4 or 6 people sharing depending upon the type of accommodation..
The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the village for parties who arrive with an amount of people superior to the capacity allowed for the type of accommodation selected or of a different composition than originally indicated.

Conditions of payment :

For the reservations made more than 30 days in advance of the start of the holiday, a balance of 30% of the total price is required to secure the booking.
The full balance (70%) is required 30 days before the start date of the holiday. The confirmation you will receive after the balance has been paid will include an inventory of the equipment of the cottage (mobilhome).
PFor reservation made in less than 30 days advance of the start of the holiday, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking.

Altering of booking :

Alterations can be made on a booking free of charge providing availability.

Arrival and departure :

Emplacements are available from midday on arrival and must be vacated no later than midday on departure.
Rented accommodation emplacements are available from 4 PM and must be vacated no later than 10 PM.
In July or August, arrivals and departures are possible on Saturdays for a minimum of stay of 7 nights.
For rented accommodation a deposit of 300 € will be required, payable on arrival.
The rented accommodation will be rendered to the customer in perfect condition with the inventory verified. Anything broken or damaged in the cottage (Mobil home) whilst under the clients care will be charged to the client if found necessary.
When the cottage (mobil home) has been checked and the keys handed in, the deposit shall be given back.

Animaux :

Animals are accepted by Trestraou camping for a supplement which is payable at the time of booking.
Animals must be kept on a lead at all the times. Dogs must be tattoo and have their vaccinations. vaccinationbook must be given to the reception when arriving.
Big dogs are not allowed in rented accommodation, only small dogs are accepted (Yorkshire etc.).

In case of disagreement

In case of disagreement between the campsite and persons on the campsite, the case will be handed to the Tribunal of Guingamp.

Campsite regulations

All clients must adhere to the campsite regulations. I.E. Parents are responsible for children at all times. Campers are asked to take usual precautions to keep their equipment safe.

Holidays cut short or not used

Any holiday disrupted or cut short (late arrival, early departure) does not entitle you to a refund or extra stay.

Cancellation

All cancellation must be put in writing.

All cancellation made more than 30 days in advance of the start date of the holiday will be required to pay 30% of the total cost of the holiday. Therefore the deposit will not be refund.
A cancellation made less than 30 days in advance of the start of the holiday will be required to pay 100% of the total cost of the holiday therefore the campsite reserves the right to keep any forward payment already made towards the holiday.
The total cost of the holiday must be paid 30 days before the start date of the holiday.

Cancellation made by the campsite

All cancellation made by the campsite, except in case of absolute necessity, will be fully refunded.

Holiday tax

Applicable from June to September for every person aged 18 and over.
